Three generations

Spanning three generations, Jones Brothers Company, Inc. (JBC) has proudly served the underground storage tank (UST) and petroleum equipment needs of the Ark-La-Tex region for over 70 years. Our story began in 1937 when Fred and William Dodwell “W.D.” Jones established operations in New Orleans, Louisiana, specializing in installing and servicing underground storage tanks and piping. By 1953, the brothers incorporated the company in Bossier City, Louisiana, where JBC has continued to grow and evolve into a full-service petroleum marketing equipment and UST specialty company.

As one of the only family-owned fueling contractors in Louisiana, JBC has built a reputation for providing high-quality, cost-effective services tailored to the needs of gas stations, fueling terminals, and more. From designing and constructing fueling facilities to maintaining and repairing vital equipment, our team is committed to excellence. We are proud to be the second-oldest Gilbarco distributor in the United States, a distinction that highlights our long-standing partnerships and dedication to industry-leading solutions.

In the early 1980s, as environmental regulations tightened, the Jones family recognized the need to expand their operations to address growing environmental concerns. Their response was the establishment of Jones Environmental, Inc. (JEI) in Shreveport, Louisiana. Today, JEI is a trusted name in environmental services, offering a wide range of solutions from hazardous waste disposal to soil and groundwater remediation and maintaining strong relationships with state environmental agencies.

Currently headquartered in Shreveport-Bossier, with additional satellite offices strategically positioned throughout the state, JBC employs over 40 skilled professionals. Our teams specialize in UST installations and closures, fuel system maintenance, environmental site assessments, and emergency response for hurricanes. Whether building gas stations, handling complex aviation fueling projects, or maintaining and repairing operational equipment, JBC remains a trusted partner throughout Louisiana, the Gulf Coast region, and beyond.
